Kaap Noord’s (secure) courtyard is home to independent office units. These units have a surface of 148 m2. The 3.4 m high concrete ceilings give the units an industrial look and feel. The office units are unfurnished.
The unit is spread over two floors of equal size. The independent office units have a separate entrance and stairway to the first floor.
The ground floor of the independent office units has an overhead door with double glazing. The ground floor can be used as an office or a showroom, workshop, studio, storage or meeting room. The office unit on the first floor has space for 10 workplaces.

The 17 full-service offices are accessed from the parking deck. The offices are grouped around shared facilities. Office space varies from 36 m2 (gross) to more than 100 m2. The owner of Kaap Noord has furnished the common area with comfortable sitting corners and a fully equipped kitchen unit. You can furnish the office space you rent to your own taste. SECURITY
Kaap Noord’s functional units and full-service offices are locked after business hours and in the weekend by a gate with security cameras. Tenants have 24-hour access to the premises with their own key.
