Scalable office space

At Business Center Kaap Noord, you can rent office space that grows with you. Kaap Noord’s bigger independent office units and functional units are located on the ground floor and are directly connected by a courtyard. The smaller independent units of 64 m2 and the shared full-service offices are on the gallery. If you grow out of your space, talk to us about moving to one of our bigger units.

Independent office space with high ceilings

Kaap Noord’s (secure) courtyard is home to independent office units. These units have a surface of 148 m2. The 3.4 m high concrete ceilings give the units an industrial look and feel. The office units are unfurnished.

Office Layout

You decide how to lay out and furnish your office. The unit is spread over two floors of equal size. The independent office units have a separate entrance and stairway to the first floor.

WORKSHOP AND/OR MEETING AREA

The ground floor of the independent office units has an overhead door with double glazing. The ground floor can be used as an office or a showroom, workshop, studio, storage or meeting room. The office unit on the first floor has space for 10 workplaces.

FULL-SERVICE OFFICES IN THE OVAL OFFICE

The 17 full-service offices are accessed from the parking deck. The offices are grouped around shared facilities. Office space varies from 36 m2 (gross) to more than 100 m2. The owner of Kaap Noord has furnished the common area with comfortable sitting corners and a fully equipped kitchen unit. You can furnish the office space you rent to your own taste. Kaap Noord has a fibre optic network. These offices are equipped with an alarm system with response service.

ALL INCLUSIVE OFFICE RENTAL

The rent for Kaap Noord’s office units includes floor heating, air-conditioning, fibre optic internet and cleaning of the common area.

SECURITY

Kaap Noord’s functional units and full-service offices are locked after business hours and in the weekend by a gate with security cameras. Tenants have 24-hour access to the premises with their own key.

FERRY, BICYCLE, CAR, METRO

With a train every six minutes, the new Noord/Zuid metro line gets you to Noord in a jiffy. Business Center Kaap Noord is within walking distance of the ‘Buiksloterweg’ ferry in the Buiksloterham/Papaverweg business district. From EYE Filmmuseum, you can bike to work within minutes. Kaap Noord is a 10-minute walk from the Noorderpark metro station. The stop for bus 38 is 50 metres from Kaap Noord.
