Because it's multi-functional, there are a lot of different companies under one roof but you share facilities such as meeting rooms and a pantry. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. The result is that you have frequent contact with different companies and can potentially help each other. The meeting system is fantastic. There are rooms in a variety of shapes and forms, so you can choose a room based on your needs. It's perfect for us as a small company, because sometimes you meet with three people and sometimes with your whole staff.
